What the deal with Tre??

He's "been doing this a long time, made a lot of money," but he doesn't know how to conduct himself as soon as the first little thing doesn't go exactly according to plan? He's down in Mexico and doesn't know hardly any Spanish at all, but he wants to do the talking? Then when he hears that there's a 2nd part to the deal he didn't know about, he starts freaking before he even knows what it is? All I could keep thinking was, dang take a Xanax dude and get out of here alive!
