Liv Tyler acting
Her acting is bad. The personality of her character was boring, she'd be better off sticking with her equally boring husband, although that actor (Patrick Wilson) can actually act.
shareI agree, it is at least fact that her acting isn't good. The only film she seems to fit in is the Lord of the Rings as an Elf, but that because the Elves didn't really seem to have personalities.
Charlie Hunnam did not give a good performance either, kind of reminded me of a high school kid who knows it all. But not the character, the acting.
Patrick Wilson can act, but he also tends to play the role of a creepy character.
And Terrence Howard can also act, he had a good scene, but it seemed too good to fit this movie.
Yeah it was painful watching the scenes between Tyler and Hunnam, they seemed so amateurish. The script didn't help. But Patrick Wilson was great. All in all it was one of those really poorly done, pretentious trying to be clever and instead being cringeworthy type movies. I felt a bit embarrassed for Wilson that he was in it.
