Blu-ray?

Previous to the film being released I see a constant mention of both Blu-Ray and DVD. However on any site, (including Amazon) I never see any Blu-Rays available for sale. Was it only if you pre-ordered a Blu-Ray copy and now just DVDs are floating around the net? Or perhaps the movie didn't do well enough to justify Blu-Rays being made as well?

I'd like to own this on Blu-Ray if I can help it as oppose to DVD, please someone shed some light if they know. =) thanks!
