Mickey

Mickey was probably my favourite character out of the lot to be honest, yes he was acting suspicious with the food and all but I understand why he did it, I highly doubt he was going to eat all of the food for himself he would have been eventually caught, under the dire circumstances they were all in supplies would definitely dwindle if everyone decided to help themselves as is evident after Mickey is locked away. Didn't he even say to Eva he was going to share the food but was waiting to see who he could trust. Id rather have Mickey as the leader of the group rather than the other 2 anyday

Obviously Mickey's plan was to let all the other people die of starvation, then escape just as Eva did at the end.

No, Mickey was a good guy and it is exactly what he had told Eva and he was right by doing so.

It seems that after he lost his wife and daughter in 911 he became depressed and isolated and he was not planing to get out for any reason and it seems he didn't want anyone to get out either.

@ spotlight; he could not have planned for the Hazmat suit!

English is not my native language.

Then he would have said he had no food from the beginning, probably. I think Mickey was actually good at heart.

Feel me?

reply

Nope. Doesn't track with his behavior at all. Mickey was a good guy.

I fully agree. From the beginning, I expected he was going to turn into a villain, but he held himself up quite well. I believe what he said about waiting until later to tell about the hidden food. He didn't trust a few of the guys at the beginning - and rightly so! He showed no inclination to dominate anyone, instead he was trying to teach them how to surivive - limit water use, prevent radiation dust, etc.
