a hilarious achievement!

caught a screening at the nuart. great job by the filmmakers. it felt like the next evolution of woody allen (70's vintage woody allen that is). the lead is an unlikely choice for that of a charming ladies man with his peculiar beard. yet he is so gifted (as is the filmmaker) that you easily see the attraction once he gets going. if you're a fan of indy dramedies this is a film you may want to check out
