with English subtitles. I like a lot of Takashi films but I have to say I was pretty disappointed with this. To me this was everything that the first Zebraman made fun of. The movie lost all it's charm because of the better sfx and darker tone. The girl was pretty stupid too.

Still some enjoyable moments though, but overall it felt like it was taking itself way too serious IMO.

really? i find it hilarious

there is alot of tongue in cheek stuff in the movie

hollywood needs to bring mike over and let him do this thing

yea theres a lot of tongue in cheek stuff but it just doesn't fit in the world that's created.

I know how you feel, also, the comedy moments just seemed stupid where as in the original it was actually funny.

Nice to see Tanaka, though.

Let me contribute to this here. Just saw it myself. Definitely agree, the first movie was crazy, retarded, but really funny. This one was even more crazy and retarded but without the funny stuff, except for a few small bits and the ending.
