Can this even be called stepping?

They should have not made "Stomp the Yard 2". It was not needed.

I know nothing about stepping other than what ive seen from the first movie. But this seemed like a complete dance-off as opposed to stepping. You couldnt even hear the stepping because the dance music was so damn loud. In the first movie all the sounds came from the performers. In this one they are dancing to music. But like I said, I dont know anything about stepping. Maybe stepping has evolved to this crap...
