Lately excited voters on IMDB seem to be too eager to vote mediocre movies into the top 250. Though this is not a bad movie by any means and it surely not a great one. Its fun and no brains action entertainer and thats it.
So guys please dont get too carried away with this one.

this is not an intellectual film but, if this is a no-brainer, then i guess you must find all zombie films to be abominations, and films like The Expendables to be retarded.
oh, by the way, it's not really an action film either. the shooting etc. was just part of the story, not intended to be nor used as the main attraction. for example, in the final showdown, Pocky didn't bring down Master Haung by out-shooting his numerical superior hired guns nor kicked their asses with kung-fu.
