Coming to US MOD disc on August 23, 2016

Amazon.com is accepting preorders for this documentary, to be released on separate Blu-ray and DVD discs on August 23, 2016. Although DVD and Blu-ray are mentioned, Amazon specifies that this will be a DVD-R (burned on demand) release. The label is listed as Film Rise, but I'm not familiar with them.
