Some people express their sadness in different ways. There are some who just cry until they just can't anymore & others just internalise it all & just try to get on with life in the hopes of leaving it all in the past. I know people that have lost their sons & you have a period of mourning but after a while they just have to toughen up & not let it control your life, sure they get moments of breaking down but that's only human.

I found their acting to be very realistic as you can see they both are trying to gather themselves up & just try to move on but also having to deal with the emotions of it all coupled with the guilt of what their son had done.

Sometimes it's very therapeutic to control what you can control. If I feel unhappy for some reason, an unmade bed will make me feel 10 times worse.

Everyone grieves differently. In this case, I am going to assume that these 2 parents are going through the shock of their lives. Just the death of your child is hellish enough, but to know that he murdered others, then took his own life? I can't even begin to process that.
