I remember reading many of ERBs books when I was young and thought it was a great adventure.
For those of you who are waiting for the real deal... see whats coming in 2012.
Let me just say... Dirctor = Andrew Stanton
I doubt it will be exactly the same the books I remember, but based purely on the Dicector, I imagine it will be BETTER in so many ways.

I don't know. I love the books as well but have had my doubts about Stanton ever since he cast the two leads. So while his film might have better effects and some good actors I wouldn't just put my faith in him just yet. Plus its Disney producing. Like the Asylum they only really care if the film makes money not if its any good.
