Mini-Series -- TV Series

I wouldn't be for it.

When movies are carried over to become TV series, different actors are used and it just has a lesser feel to it.

Though I wouldn't be opposed to either a sequel with Saoirse Ronan and how she continues to survive.

Or a prequel with Gemma Arterton and Sam Riley.


What would definitely need fleshing out: the Brotherhood. How it came to be, it's rules and structure, why women were not made Sucreants before Clara (or if perhaps some women did find their way to the island on their own).
How they actually dealt with the "Clara situation" for the first few years, before she created Eleanor.

In a sequel instead it would be how the couples:

Eleanor/Frank and Darvell/Clara deal with the threat that they are still under from the Brotherhood. Do they truly go their separate ways, or do they band up to oppose the Regime?

I'll say this. If this is the first of many movies, or moves to Tv, great and i can get into it.
If this was a one-off, it sucks. Way too many unanswered questions and open plotlines for a single movie.
