OKOK I work in film sound, so this may be an ueber-nerdish complaint, but what the *beep* was the effects editor thinking? Way out in open country, guy twice fires his rifle upwards, vertically, into the air, and we hear two ricochets... off what? a passing bird carrying a rock? Sorry, TWO passing birds each carrying a rock. Unless this is some sort of sound 'homage' that I'm totally missing, this is a terrible rookie error... it really bothered me, so shoot me..
I'm off now to go get a life...

What are you talking about? In the scene where Bill fires in the air there's no ricochets, it's simply the sound of the gun firing to reach the mic.
