Good atmosphere, I may be shooting high here but it was Bergman-esque.
I am interested in seeing what else the director will do.

Funny you should post that. It had a VERY Scandinavian horror movie feel to it (not necessarily Bergman to me) -- cold, brittle people in a remote location facing a metaphysical demon. The bleak ending and lack of an arc also fed this feeling of mine. I actually came to IMDB to see if there was some Nordic source to the story.
