That we never got to see the relationship between Nena and Leo. I mean at the end of Season 5 that got together, but then Season 6 premiered and they were broken up! I want to know what happened in their relationship because they seemed good together!!!

Also we never saw Nena's birth father, Dr. Philip Noonan, again.
He just "vanished" is season 6.

The actor playing Leo couldn't return because wasn't available, he is in high demand and is acting in America. The actor playing Nina's father has retired from acting.

True but they could have still explained where he went.. his partner was pregnant so Nina presumably has another sibling somewhere !!
