Not Bad...

But not good either. The IMDB synopsis reads: A young analyst talks with an old man claiming to be from the future - a dystopian future.

What we have here is an attempt at low-key, zero-FX SF, the best examples of which are The Man From Earth (2007) and Primer (2004)--with The Man From Earth being the more similar.

The problems here are that the acting, aside from Lance Henriksen, is not great, the writing is predictable and the pacing is awkwardly slow. Literally the only time the movie feels like it is moving briskly are lengthy sequences of Lance Henrikson speaking... These sequences are also well edited and scored, but they are not enough reason to watch this movie.
