I didn't understand those parts lol... Look I graduated in 2003 but my School never had anything like getting Pregnancy tests or Daycares in school for Teen Moms. I'm not sure if more "progressive" or Schools with lots of Money do this. Back when I was in school Teen Pregnancy was shocking and not glamorized at all.
I have friends from High School who constantly post "I *am* a Teen Mom!" proudly. I just don't think it's something to be proud of or glamorous. and I don't think it's fair the majority of Teen Mom's I know had to have help from their Parents with *their* Babies. They literally stay at home all day collecting Welfare and Aide while the "baby daddy" works 40+ hours a week while they sit back and reap the benefits or get knocked up again. Meanwhile I'm a single guy in my late 20's and can't even get Insurance. But if you are a knocked up chick with a ton of kids you automatically get help. It's discrimination.
I just don't think there is something "magical" about being a Teen Parent. It's not like your getting a Membership card or giving birth to a Stuffed Animal. that isn't to say there aren't great teen parents who have their *beep* together and do work and do graduate high school and go on to work or go to College. But I feel like the reality is that percentage is low.
