A movie with a beginning, a middle and then... end credits.

So, did the production funding end half way through the movie, was the screenplay so poorly underdeveloped, or what happened?

You may be right about the budget, but I personally kind of liked how the movie went nowhere in the end, pretty much the same as the screwed up romanian system it so faithfully depicted.
