Near the end of the movie, the gang leader says something like "Where the **** did he get a gun? Is he a cop or something?" Is it THAT hard to acquire firearms in Korea? Even with the black market? I mean, I feel that a gang that sells illegally harvested organs wouldn't have a problem getting additional guns. Ramrowan had one after all.
shareYeah the South Koreans have a tight grip on firearms there. When my dad was stationed there he said that the Army had weapons count 3 times a day on small arms so that inventory would not go missing. They also have a really tight grip on everything imported into their country via shipping containers and their borders unlike here where anything and everything gets in.
