I don't see where all the hating is coming from...
I don't blame people for coming down hard on "paranormal" shows, because by and large they are terrible. What this show does manage to succeed, however, is where flaccid, redundant series like "Most Haunted" and "Paranormal State" have failed: being entertaining. Yes, this show is over the top; hence the word, "Extreme" in the title. Instead of wandering around aimlessly for episodes where nothing happens other than the hosts "feeling" things or seeing things off-screen, this show produced results, both audio and visual to back-up their claims. And in the first episode no less. Of course it's not as legitimate or professional as "Ghost Hunters", but "Extreme Paranormal" does deliver.
Granted I am disappointed that evidence was not gone over more thoroughly with the audience, but beyond that it is a fun program that is not meant to be taken completely serious. So unless this program peters out in the next episode, I see no reason for disdain to rain down without real provocation.
