So, were the dubbed voices done by the actors from the anime?

No. I don't know why that matters. It wouldn't even be possible, as the actors did the dubbing ages ago and have moved on. It's not like the anime was even an official presentation over the manga.

So does anyone know who the voice actors are? Did anyone who saw it pay attention to the credits?
