How does she know how to run it......spolier

At the end of the film she's seen doing what Youcef first introduced her to do.

How did she know how the scam works?
I know she knew how to print the cards but it was never shown how the customers stolen cards numbers and accounts were obtained, she just printed them up and sold the goods, Emily wouldn't still of had access to all those accounts would she?
