I liked it. It's nice to have stories of the young single dad. Rarely are there storylines on TV about this particular demographic. The single mom is often treated like a saint whereas the single dad is seen as a non existent species of human. Realistic or not, it's good to have stories about young single dads.

i also quite enjoyed this film.
especially when he moved in with Meemaw.. the tone changed to a bit of a brighter setting
i thought the ending was a tad forced, the Dean should've been a jerk till the end but hey, guess it's inspired by a true story
