I'm probably the only one that actually liked it

I guess I had really poor expectations of the film. I've seen all the terrible IMDB reviews. I passed it up several times at Blockbuster. Anyways, last night, after sort of watching several really terrible horror flicks on Netflix streaming, most of which were B-movies or straight to DVD flicks, I decided to give this flick a chance.

I don't understand why everyone is crushing the film's production values. I thought the acting was pretty good. The cinematography looked fine. The FX was well done. There were definitely cheese moments, and some parts of the film were definitely amateurish, but overall, I thought this was a drastically underrated gem of a horror flick. It should be rated around a 6. I mean, for horror flicks, I think people are just way too harsh and critical of them.
