George Stuben is in charge of the money if Ted Wheetly dies, so why involve all the girls in the plan? he only have to bribe the mechanic to kill Ted, the money them would go to Carson, George and the mechanic could them come up with a boat accident to kill Carson, them they could bribe the detective to make it all look like accidents. finnally the money would go to George trust and he could kill the mechanic and the detective. the girls are unecessary to the plot.

He included Brandy because she knows how to disassemble a car. So in order for him to kill his father by making it look like a tragic race car accident, he would need to use Brandy to do it. Hence, her involvement.

As for the other chick? Well, she was involved because Carson was under pressure to marry her in order to keep his trust money. You think that chick was gonna go away easily knowing it was her plan to marry the son of the 6th richest man in Blue Bay?
