Didn't see many comments regarding this so figured I'd give my 2 cents worth.

1st story Novice had a few scares and kept my interest, but the ending felt a little weak. 7/10

2nd story Ward wasn't too great, it had a few scares, but was pretty predictable as to what was going to happen. 4/10

3rd story Backpackers was an interesting take on the Zombie genre. I liked it and kind of wish it kept going instead of ending where it did. 7/10

4th story Salvage had a good but somewhat predictable concept, few good scares with some suspense. The ending somewhat surprised me. 6/10

5th story In the End was by far my favorite, it took suspense and comedy and mixed them very well. Whether you know the history about them doing a mock sequel to a real film or not it was enjoyable. 8/10

Overall the film was enteraining and even though some of the stories weren't too strong they were entertaining.

I felt the same way about Backpackers that you did, I'd really love to see that expanded into a full movie.

I loved Novice, Ward was lackluster, Backpackers was ok, Salvage was a little better and The End was bad. The problem that I had with all of them accept Novice was how everyone was unrealistically stupid. Novice was very grim and creepy. The part when he was getting hit by the rocks was delightfully horrific!!

I don't love her.. She kicked me in the face!!
