Worst 3-D ever

I got this turkey at a Blockbuster going-out-of-business sale. It looked OK and it had "3-D" boldly printed on the cover. Well that's about the only thing that was bold. I missed that it was brought to us by the infamous Asylum company. You know those wonderful folks who made ripoff films like "Snakes On A Train", "Transmorphers" and the "Coverfield" ripoff "Monster".

I tried, Oh Gawd I tried, but the, quote 3-D unquote, effects were so badly done and miniscule that I viewed most this turkey without the glasses with no loss of viewing. I don't know what they thought they were getting but it came under the heading of NOT MUCH and CHEAP. The Featurette even noted the film was being filmed in "3-D". I even froze some of what seemed to be the "jump out at you" scenes. Nope. Just another day of crap in The Asylum.

If I could pick out one positive is the ending was pretty good. Still, I want my 82 minutes of life back...and in "Real 3-D" as well.

An opposing view: This review from VIDEO VAULT had some good things to say about the movie and the 3D effects.

3D?!? Had no idea...this was in a 3-pack with Haunting in Georgia & Haunting in Connecticut...I can see where GOOD 3D could've benefited the flick, but the movie is mostly a snoozefest.
