Some help

I watched this movie a few days ago and only thing I like was the art of Evan. I'd like to know if that kind of paints exist and what is its name.

Thanks a lot

The FX Guys added the liquid from a glow stick & used an unbroken glass vial to house the chemical solution before the scene was shot. When Evan shook the bottle, the glass tube broke thus creating a glow stick/ cylume effect.

(If you watch it closely, you can see that a break in continuity occurs after Evan pours the Mountain Dew into the glass. During this break is when the contents of a glow stick were added to the Mountain Dew bottle)
The baking soda and peroxide are just there, as added "no effect" extras. They have no effect on anything. Actually, baking soda & peroxide can react w/each other & if there is enough reaction ~ can create an explosion based on pressure.
Also notice the lighting...or rather darkness in the room at the time of the screening footage. It is pretty dark & with a greenish & purplish hue. Kinda like the movie Avatar, at night time. I am guessing that they used a Black Light to get that extra Umph! in there for a more grand effect.

Regarding an exact name for it:

Phosphorescence or Fluorescence....

According to Wikipedia, hydrogen peroxide serves as an activating agent for the glow-stick dye. “It reacts with the ester to form an unstable CO2 dimer which excites the dye to an excited state; the dye emits a photon (light) when it spontaneously relaxes back to the ground state.”
