Watched first 3 seasons

**SPOILERS**

I just finished season 3 of The Walking Dead. It's a good show, but i think a bit overrated. It does have some fantastic moments though.

Season 1 was good. I liked it when they were in the city and at the CDC.

Season 2 on the farm were the enjoyable parts
Season 2 Episode 7 (Pretty Much Dead Already) those last 10-15 minutes are some of the best television that I've ever seen.
Season 2 Episode 13, the escape from the farm was very intense and really well executed.

Season 3, i enjoyed everytime they showed the prison, did not enjoy Woodbury at all.

Rick annoys me A LOT. I really like Daryl. Probably my favourite character. I also like Michonne.

Overrated, but still a good show.

I don't over-hype shows like some rabid fans. You really must keep watching it. If you like slow and thoughtful moments, there's still a lot of that. If you want some crazy and action filled moments, there's more of that up ahead. At the very least you need to finish season 5, then decide if you want to continue or stop. It marks the beginning of the MUST SEE Carol evolution. Do yourself a favor, resist watching it on Youtube.

Thank you. I definitely will keep watching. Have the next 3 seasons planned.

The early seasons were the best seasons.

I like Michonne, until recently they wrote her character with care.
I really liked that in Georgia, they put Rick and Michonne together. That was great.
All the characters seem to switch off and on being annoying though.
I like Daryl, but they write it that way because the fans think Reedus is cute or something.
He gets paid more than Andrew Lincoln though Lincoln carries the show.
I think they failing in writing by making Rick a dictator and everyone just says nothing.
Because all in all in every situation Rick does get them out of it ... but, he also makes the
mistakes that get them into to it to begin with.
It was a big mistake to not kill Negan ... and that was just ridiculous to keep the show going in an artificially dumb way.

I also agree on Woodbury. I don't think that was in any way realistic or what people would do.
I did not like the season that started out with Negan's murder of Abraham and Glenn, and i will never forget putting people through that. It was kind of traumatizing for a TV show, and I am sure the writers thought it was all good fun. Hated it.

And the Whisperers were ridiculous.

I'm finding that since S4 of Fear The Walking Dead I enjoy that show more than Walking Dead.

Rick's my favorite character so I was sad when he left during the middle of season nine. Rick wigs out every once in a while so that's the only thing that bugs me. I do think Andrew Lincoln is one of the better actors on the show. Maggie is a good character and she has returned to the show in season 10 after the actress Lauren Cohan left to do another show. Terminus is my favorite story arc of the show. I'm amazed by all the Brits on the show who can pull off a southern accent.
