Cause it looked like the same entrance Daryl carried Beth's body out of.

thats what i was thinking.

On the show...it's suppose to be a different hospital, HOWEVER, yep it is the same set!! Guess they thought none of us would remember.

I have to say I’m guilty of not noticing.

I guess the budget is running low for them. Couldn't they CG a few things to change it up?

I thought it looked familiar.
