Preview of the finale has snow walkers.

I posted some time ago wondering how come they never showed winter.

I think it takes too long to prepare the sets if they are outdoors, because summer and Georgia. But it can be done. Game of Thrones did it last season in certain scenes.

Probably. But the point I made in that post was that they never even mentioned winter. Alexandria is far north enough to make winters fairly cold. They didn't have to show it but mention it at least "Well, last winter was pretty bad. Such and such didn't make it. They got frostbite/sick/whatever..."

I wonder if the Whisperers are all going to go and find some coats. Nice and easy way to spot them. Shoot everyone wearing coats and shivering.
