Another bloodless episode

A walker bites into a neck and it looks like chocolate pudding with no blood flow. What is going on?

TWD has lost its balls, even before the backlash for the season 7 premiere. They said they were going to tone down the violence then when fans reacted negatively they said they wouldn't but clearly, they have.

Sorry...but I don't really care about all that. Really? Lack of graphic gore is really your biggest beef?
I think being a bit confusing was its biggest flaw...Every group had a different mission; I got that..but some of these missions didn't seem that cohesive.
And why did Jesus stop the presses for this one guy after mowing down person after person without hesitation? I know that they weren't suppose to kill non combatants but I didn't see them stopping and asking prior to this guy. Where are they going to put all the surrendered...the one cell they have? Do they have time to stop everything else going on and go do that?
And where was Negan, Gabriel and Eugene?

It really breaks my heart to see what's happened to the show. TWD was something special - a prime time horror series - a weekly zombie gore flick headed up by Greg Nicotero. The season 7 premiere was incredible. Everything that followed has been a PG-13 action film with terrible CGI bullets flying around and people pretending to fall over. It makes me sad. The show ended after the season 7 opener for me. I think I just need to imagine that Negan killed everyone after the credits rolled.

The Walking Dead officially made zombies not scary anymore. Next thing you know Chuck E Cheese will add a playful zombie character to join his band.
