When Duke left Haven everyone never heard of it. Said it didn't exist. Haliee remembered Duke from before when he wasn't living in Haven and apparently knew something about her mother, But Seth needed prodding to remember. But what about the others like Chris. Would he have forgotten about troubles and would he have His? This would have been before Duke went back to Haven and people remembered and the troubles were taken away
shareEverything that happened in Haven got blocked by the shroud, past and present alike. As seen by Hayley, Chris would still have his Trouble just like her (Duke activated her's). Chris would not have remembered Haven just like Seth and probably forgot he had a Trouble. He probably thought he was just a fool.person everyone liked.
Everything outside that happened is with the people. Hayley remembers Duke from outside of Haven. She would remember her Trouble because it happened outside the shroud but would have forgotten it when Duke left. All of Seth's memories of Duke happened in Haven, thus forgotten.
