Why is it... (major spoilers)

How can an entire swat team can come into an orphanage in the middle of the night shouting out commands and noone wakes up, yet when cuba gooding is sneaking the boy up to the roof they whisper. Like it matters.

Why it takes 2-3 minutes to teleport cuba gooding from the police station, there are bright lights and whirling shapes. But he can do it instantly when he's standing behind a victim in the dark.

Your best friend, who is a cop, can't take any evidence you find because he's not on the case. Which leads to some major misunderstandings. But somehow he is involved in everything related to the case. And his desk is right beside the cop who is actually on the case.

These things bother you... but you're okay with the time traveling?

These types of movies always punch holes in basic logic. The only time travel movie that actually makes sense is--hold onto your hats--Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. At no point do Bill or Ted's actions, nor anyone else's, alter the course of history or their knowledge of events yet to come.

I really hate time travel movies. When will they ever make one as a drama that makes logical sense?

That's what I was thinking, as well. I think there are a lot more issues with the concept of time travel.
