They do not treat their animals this way.

This movie is ridiculous. You've got to shear them anyway, they don't shed enough on their own. Nothing wrong with taking a sheep's wool, and no matter what you say or how long you lecture, I'm never going to think it's wrong.

How did you manage to understand this movie as a critique of the shearing method?

What did you find ridiculous about this – the shearing or the herding? I didn't see any evidence of cruelty, but I'd love to hear your opinion. More specifics, please.
