Great movie, when will there be a DVD?!

I saw this gem at a film-festival in Copenhagen 2011, and would very much like to own it on DVD, as it was a great black comedy about team-building gone horribly wrong, reminiscent of Severance and Southern Comfort, among others... now when will the DVD be out (with English subs of course)?

Still no DVD after 5 years?? Is it available to stream somewhere then at least? :-O
