DVD / blu release anywhere with English subtitles??

Saw this in a film festival some years ago and really liked it. I'm a big fan of Tykwer but I haven't been able to find this on dvd with English subtitles, the German one doesn't have any. Was it ever released in Canada, US, or UK?
