why did her eyes glow at the end ?

I thought she killed the mothman and saved her last living friend ? If so why did her eyes start glowing when she kissed him and did she really not know what he was scared of after he looked at her ? I thought the bone killed the mothman.

I don't know if she knew it or not, but I assume the Mothman manifest himself in her. I think instead of coming out of reflected surfaces, that he now basically uses her as a Conduit.
