Not even worth a rental!

LATE FEE tries to be what recently good Anthology Horror films like TRICK OR TREAK, TRAILER PARK OF TERROR and TRAPPED ASHES have done in this decade, but it's so badly made in it's acting, production, script & direction, that it's really a chore to see within it's 90 minute running time. It's neither really funny or scary even though it pathetically tries to be both without success. The most surprising thing is this film was made, produced and backed up by genre video company Media Blasters/Shriek Show that has always released the best horror film from Italy, Japan and Spain.

the film you mentioned 'Trailer Park of Terror' was also a stinker. Just not as bad as this one. 'Trick 'R Treat' was a good example of a well done horror film in the genre.

This film was a piece of trash.

I absolutely concur with your opinion especially about TRICK R'TREAT that I luckily saw in a NY theater last Halloween in a special screening with the film's director and actors in person.Too bad films like Trick R'Treat don't get any theatrical distribution and get dumped on video while other trash like SORORITY ROW,MY BLOODY VALENTINE, JENNIFER'S BODY and other horror films get shown into theaters!

I agree...this movie isn't worth a rental...its too bad cause the wrap around was halfway decent (I'm a sucker for Halloween) and Pickup was "OK" at best (could've been trimmed a bit to be more effective), but Damnation...ugh...a damn MESS!! Brought the whole movie down.

3/10...and I'm probably being generous.
