I thought this was an excellent show. Does anybody know if there are plans to do another season/series?

Yeah, the guys are writing a new series right now.

I know one of the producers. Lowdown won an AWGIE (Australian Writers' Guild) Award, so the network is right behind it.

Any news yet on a second series? Real news, that is?

There will be, but nothing official yet. The producer's and writers have been posting updates in a couple of blogs.
