Connection between Julia's blindness and the bandage (spoiler)

At the end, Julia went blind again.

Anyone can tell me whether this is because she opened the bandage four days too soon, or because "Ivan" put some products on Julia's bandage after she found him out?

For reminder, "Ivan" cornered Julia after she had discovered the real Ivan, then put a bandage around her eyes, before she passed out. When she woke up, Julia did tell him to remove the bandage because her eyes hurt.

Is it possible to operate her again and restore the sight, for the second time?
