The husband...Spoilers...

Was he really cheating on Julia with the sister?

They say he really wrote the note. There were months of calls. He just disappears at the parking place but then how would the killer have had time to do all that stuff in that short span (take video recording, abduct husband, kill old man in tub) if he took the husband? But he really seemed to love her. What did I miss?

A lot of things don't seem to add up. I don't think the husband was cheating. I thought so at first. Like maybe the waiter at the restaurant remembered, he just didn't want to tell Julia because it was her husband with her sister that night. But I think it's reading a bit too much into it. What bothered me is the blind woman who ended up not being blind and the mother of the killer. A little convenient. And she just pretended to be blind all her life, and nobody ever noticed? And why would anyone pretend to be blind? Even her son thought she was blind so she has been pretending for at least 30 years. Just so that her son looks after her? But he didn't and he left for a very long time. She just continued to pretend, just because? I thought this reveal was quite random.
