Is Frank on the Autism Spectrum?

So I've rewatched this for the 3rd or so time and realised that Frank shows a lot of autistic tendencies, like not understanding other peoples emotions, having such a black and white view of crime etc.

I'm not saying this was an intention of the writers but he's clearly not supposed to be your typical guy, and he's not very relatable to most viewers.
What's your thoughts?

reply

Holding the idea that things are right or wrong at their core is in no way a sign of autism.

reply

Not all forms of autism are the same. But I've met autistic people who would rationalise things as being good or bad often.

No, he is clearly a sociopath.
Not understanding other peoples emotions, having such a black and white view of crime - all sociopathic qualities.
