How come Jet Li, Andy Lau and Jackie Chan oren't credited in this film? Not on IMDb, not in the wikipedia article, nowhere, nada, zip, zilch. And they aren't doing little cameos, either, their characters are featured and pivotal. Anybody have any idea?

They were just impersonators you fool.
Although they were very good lookalikes of Li, Lau and Chan, the film made it rather clear that these guys are just 'copies' of the real actors.
Even the film itself made a few joke references about their resemblance.
The most obvious one being a scene near the end of the movie when a guy wanted to take revenge on "Jackie Chan" and the Jackie character in the movie says: "No I'm Jackie Tang" and then you later see alot of other Jackie lookalikes.
I have an idea you must be a real jerk.
