Watching this documentary you got to admit its funny that........

neither Johnny Depp or Laurence Fishburne contributed to the interviews.

reply

yeah that kind of sucked.

Dream Warriors was missing a few key actors. Freddy vs. Jason was missing a lot.

reply

You notice that all the actors who ended up becoming popular A-list stars were not featured.

reply

Why is that at all funny?

reply

not surprising about Fishburne but i am surprised at Depp. he made a cameo in Freddy's Dead and never comes off negative the few times he does discuss the movie. so you'd think he woulda been happy to do it, though maybe its a whole lawyer/agent issue that stopped him.

It's rare anyone does these interviews for free. There are fees associated with any appearances. The A-listers were likely outside of the movie's budget.

reply

Maybe they were busy doing other things? It's not really that surprising that an A-List actor is difficult to get for a DVD documentary.

reply

It's not surprising. Depp, Fishburne, and Arquette are a lot busier than any of the other actors and likely couldn't find time in their schedules to do an interview.
