shareHaving just watched the movie, I was very impressed by his performance. I wish he would be more selective, chose less, but better productions to star in. More chalenging, but rewarding ones, like this one. Otherwise, he's really selling himself short.

from his viewpoint: work is his life. He chooses to movies that he enjoyed watching/working or mean something to him. (e.g choosing roles/movies that could resonate with his daughter)
I could imagine his personal statement look something like:
1/ happiness (inside out)
2/ success (inside out)
other people personal statements:
1/ success (defined by fame & wealth)
2/ happiness (defined by other people opinions)
Now I know there're many instances of famous actors in good movies. But they just have different definition of enjoyable movies. I enjoyed all his films. To me, a movie is a movie. you watch it, laugh, and go back to work.
