Anyone like this more than Romy + Michele?

It was a bit on the dumber side, but I found the character of Kate and Chloe to be a lot sweeter than Romy and MIchele. Romy and Michele were very... Superficial. Not much better than the girls who bullied them in high school.

Kate and Chloe, however, despite how ridiculously dumb they were, had good hearts underneath it all. That's why I liked the film. They were delusional and ridiculous, but they were good people who truly loved each other.

This is gonna *beep* do for him what "Jade" did for David Caruso.

Yeah, this had more heart than R&M, as you say, and was also more absurdist, which are both pluses imo. Nothing in R&M was as funny as June Diane Raphael's slapstick weaving around on the stage. And Raphael posing for Wilson as she gives herself a shot? Weird humor, good stuff. For people who actually respect weird humor (obviously a minority on imdb and amazon and in the world), Lower Learning is full of genuinely funny ridiculousness too.
