Nice Film Without Orientation Exploitation

Good performances throughout, but they specifically avoided making Ben and Alan look "gay". And that's fine, though it would have played THE SAME WAY if the guys were gay! They cared for each other, wanted to be with each other (gosh, that sounds so gay!) - But it didn't matter, the boy didn't care, he just wanted someone to care about him. The scene where the homeless woman is hugged is so important. Everybody has the right to love somebody, and all that. I liked this movie.
