Latest series stopped because of incorrect question?

I wonder if anyone knows why the BBC stopped showing the latest series and started showing repeats instead? Did it have anything to do with the incorrect question a few shows beforehand?
For those who missed it, the question was: "who became the Belgian monarch in 1983"; the correct answer would be "No one" as the curent king became the monarch in 1993.

I received the board game for Christmas and that had an incorrect answer. The producers/writers were probably not involved in the game, but it's still unprofessional for a game show. I also think it's bad they get all their movie and TV answers and trivia from Wikipedia and IMDb, two sites known for their inaccuracy.
