When the host is an answer

Last night there was the question artists who had one of the UK top 40 best selling albums in 2015. One lady said Alexander Armstrong (I recall seeing an advert for the album) and it turned out to be a correct answer and pointless as well. Alexander was delighted to know his album was such a big seller.
